We asked our chiropractors to share their top 10 tips. They had a hard time narrowing it down but here it is!

  1. Avoid using your phone too often.
  2. Stretch every morning.
  3. Do NOT crack your neck.
  4. Use cold therapy, not hot for a new injury.
  5. Bend at the knees, not at the waist.
  6. Pay attention to your posture.
  7. Exercise and eat right.
  8. Try not to sleep on your stomach.
  9. Use a lightweight bag.
  10. Don't wait too long to see a doctor.
